Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

Unused/ Sealed Parts and Accessories can be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt. Must also be accompanied by an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). After you contact us, we will issue you an RMA# once we review your case.
Special Order Parts, Electrical or Electronic Parts, or Assemblies Are Not Returnable. (Industry Standard).

Laundry Machines And Parts (Feel Technology Corp). reserves the right to review all returns. Your return may be declined if we find out your reason for a return doesn’t match the fact.

All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us before returning any item!

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for returned items unless it is our problem. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
If items arrive damaged or defective, we will provide a return label. Please contact us first.!
Laundry Machines And Parts (Feel Technology Corp). is not responsible for the buyer’s failure, for instance, placing the wrong items!|

Please notice that certain items such as inverter, Repair Service are not eligible for a return, exchange, refund, or store credit. If it arrives damaged, please contact us. so we can contact the carrier.

Warranties are in accordance with current Manufacturers’ Policies.
No Labor warranty. For any repair warranty, buyers pay for all related shipping.
All shipping costs on the repair are not refundable!

Remember, our warranty begins on the date of sale. Our warranty does not start from the date of installation. We recommend installing them into a working machine immediately (power off).

Please note that in case the package containing repair items is lost or damaged, we will first contact the corresponding shipping company. It will take a while for us to deal with this situation. In the end, the maximum compensation we can make is 1.5 times the repair fee you paid.
